SLO Partners approached me and explained this amazing tech apprenticeship they were about to launch. They needed a poster to stand out enough to be able to catch students' attention and be able to provide enough information to explain what was being advertised. The latter part was a challenge because there are several components to the program, making the project just as much an exercise in information design as graphic design.
Add on the fact that this whole program was to be free, paid for by a $1.5M grant. So I needed to present the information in a way where it didn't look too good to be true or scammy.
I came up with the tagline "your ticket into tech" and found this stunning inspiration on dribbble.
